Morillon Abogados is a french-spanish law firm founded in 1998 that has a consolidated experience in twenty legal areas. It is considered one of the best law firms in Spain.

We advise both in Spain and in France.
Specialized in international tax law, international family law and international succession law, Morillon Abogados expanded its services to banking law and family law in 2012, after the abrogation by several courts of the “floor clause”, considered abusive, which imposed on several banks the return of amounts paid in excess in numerous mortgages, thus responding to their clients’ economic concerns and the evolution of their needs.

Network & collaborations
The firm has strengthened its network with new offices over the years.
Since September 2013, Morillon Avocats has had an office in Paris to provide better service to our France based Spanish clients as well as to guarantee assistance to the network of French clients in Spain.
In 2014, the Lisbon office was inaugurated.
The firm currently has 80 professionals, 30 lawyers and 18 offices located in Madrid, Paris, Lisbon, Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia, Alicante, Seville, Tenerife, Murcia, Toledo, Valladolid, Zaragoza, Burgos, Mallorca, Bilbao, La Coruña and Oviedo, thus responding in a more adapted way to the reality of the national and international activities of our customers.
Morillon Avocats participates in many organizations in the legal and economic world, reporting in its publications the news more relevant to the interests of its clients. We also belong to the Association of Jurists of the Panthéon-Sorbonne Complutense Universities for the double degree in French and Spanish law awarded by these universities.
